No two days are the same, and that’s part of the fun.
Full-time Office Job | No weekends
Monday to Friday | 9.00am - 5.00pm
Customer Service skills essential
Building a pipeline of candidates (think: finding great people before anyone else does)
Matching candidates to roles that genuinely suit them
Supporting people as they start new jobs
Keeping your notes and recruitment activity organised
Working with a team that likes to win and celebrate when placements land
You don’t need recruitment experience — but you do need personality, drive, and the ability to talk to just about anyone.
