Recruitment Consultant - Customer Service

We’re recruiting on behalf of a client who needs someone who can juggle conversations, spot potential in candidates, and connect the dots between people and jobs. If you’re the kind of person who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and seeing someone land a job because of your help — you’ll probably enjoy this role.

No two days are the same, and that’s part of the fun.

• Full-time Office Job | No weekends

• Monday to Friday | 9.00am - 5.00pm

• Customer Service skills essential

• Building a pipeline of candidates (think: finding great people before anyone else does)

• Matching candidates to roles that genuinely suit them

• Supporting people as they start new jobs

• Keeping your notes and recruitment activity organised

• Working with a team that likes to win and celebrate when placements land

You don’t need recruitment experience — but you do need personality, drive, and the ability to talk to just about anyone.
