About Us

Wayne Phillis Automotive is a family owned and operated multi-franchise vehicle dealership based in the southern suburbs of Adelaide for over 40 years. Consisting of Ford, Isuzu, KGM, Kia, Geely and our recent addition of GAC. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) Business Manager to join our team at Reynella.

The Role

As our Finance & Insurance Business Manager you will work closely with customers, sales consultants and lending partners to provide vehicle finance and insurance. You will play a key role in maximizing dealership profitability while ensuring a seamless and compliant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and arrange vehicle finance solutions for customers.

• Promote and sell insurance products, extended warranties etc

• Liaise with banks, finance companies, and insurance providers.

• Ensure all finance and insurance transactions comply with Australian regulations and dealership policies.

• Maintain accurate documentation and customer records.

• Support the sales team in achieving dealership targets.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the purchasing process.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Previous experience in automotive finance and insurance sales

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.

• High attention to detail and administrative accuracy.

• Current driver's licence.

• Provide a clear police check

• Be able to follow the companies processes and systems

Desirable

• Certificate IV in Finance and/or Mortgage Broking or related qualification.

• Experience using dealership management systems.

• Knowledge of responsible lending obligations and ASIC compliance requirements.
