Senior Investment Analyst - Property Funds Management

Our client is a highly regarded boutique real estate funds management business with an established track record of acquiring, managing and enhancing commercial property investments nationally. With a growing portfolio spanning retail and industrial assets, the business combines institutional-quality investment capability with an entrepreneurial and agile culture.

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Investment Analyst to join the investment team in Adelaide, working directly with senior executives and key decision-makers across transactions, asset management and investor reporting.

The Opportunity

This is a broad investment role offering exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, underwriting, due diligence, fund performance analysis, asset strategy and investor reporting.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in evaluating new opportunities, supporting transaction execution and providing analytical insights that drive investment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate direct and indirect commercial property investment opportunities nationally, with a strong focus on retail assets.
• Develop and maintain acquisition, asset-level and fund-level financial models.
• Support transaction execution including due diligence, financing and stakeholder management.
• Analyse fund performance, cashflows and investment returns against targets.
• Assist with portfolio strategy, leasing initiatives, capital expenditure planning and asset optimisation.
• Prepare investment papers, recommendations and reporting for internal stakeholders and investors.
• Build relationships with agents, consultants, lenders and industry participants to identify and assess opportunities.

  About You

You will likely possess:

• 3-7+ years' experience within property funds management, valuations, transactions, investment analysis, advisory or asset management.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Exposure to commercial real estate investments and transaction processes.
• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Economics, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong attention to detail.

Exposure to retail assets, along with experience using Estate Master or Forbury, will be highly regarded.

Candidates at Investment Manager level will also be considered.
