Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Services Manager to join our organisation.
 
About the Role
 
The Corporate Services Manager is responsible for overseeing key business functions including finance, payroll, and property management to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
This role provides strong leadership, operational oversight, and strategic support across the organisation. You will lead internal projects, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure systems and processes are effective and compliant.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Oversee finance, payroll, and property management functions
  • Provide leadership and support to administrative and operational teams
  • Drive strategic planning and process improvement initiatives
  • Lead and contribute to organisational projects as required
  • Provide high-level support across systems including finance and ICT
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent the organisation at meetings and industry events where required
 
Essential Criteria
  • Qualification in Business, Finance or a related field with at least 2 years' relevant experience, or
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a corporate services role (e.g. finance, payroll, ICT or operations)
  • Proven experience using financial and/or accounting systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to continuous improvement
 
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to travel between business locations as required
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Commitment to workplace health, safety, and organisational policies
