Fresh Produce Client Relationship Representative

Bache Bros Produce Centre is seeking an experienced client relationship representative to join our team in SA full time.  

You will be the key link between our customers and operations team, ensuring a seamless experience from order through to delivery. Working in a fast paced environment, you'll support retailers, and hospitality venues with reliable service while building long term partnerships. 

To succeed in this role, you will bring excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships, and a genuine enjoyment of a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. 

Your responsibilities:  

• Start time: 7:00am 

• Act as the primary contact for customer account management, building and maintaining strong client relationships. 

• Drive business growth through new and existing clients, including identifying new opportunities. 

• Conduct effective merchandising displays and manage customer activity via CRM systems. 

• Full-time or part-time options available.  

• Willingness to undertake rural travel 

About you: 

• Experience in the fruit and vegetable industry preferred. 

• Proven success in a customer service and sales role, ideally within the fruit and vegetable industry. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships. 

• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer service focus. 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 

• Proficient with sales software and CRM systems. 

• Adaptable, with a willingness to learn and stay competitive in a changing market.
