About the Role
As Senior WHS Consultant, you’ll shape safe, compliant workplaces across CALHN. You’ll guide leaders, build strong systems and embed safe practice, while delivering expert advice that supports our people and meets legislative and accreditation standards.
• Provide expert WHS advice and operational support across CALHN
• Partner with leaders and teams to embed the WHS system
• Lead complex incident reviews, investigations and risk assessment
• Develop injury prevention, hazard control and safe work strategies
• Monitor WHS data, inspections, hazards and follow-up actions
• Support HSR elections, registers, committees and safe practice promotion
