Help change the trajectory of housing in Australia

At 5North, we believe Everyone Deserves an Address.

We are an advanced manufacturer of prefabricated timber housing systems, using automation, robotics and digital manufacturing to help deliver high-quality homes faster, safer and more efficiently.

From our purpose-built South Australian facility, we manufacture wall, floor and ceiling systems using one of Australia's most advanced offsite manufacturing, operations, including a 194-metre automated production line and 14 industrial robots.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Finance Officer to join our team and help build the financial systems, controls and processes that support our next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers broad exposure across payroll, finance operations, month-end reporting, ERP systems and financial controls.

As the business grows, this role is expected to evolve into a broader finance position with increasing involvement in management reporting, systems improvement, financial controls and commercial support.
