The Director, Finance Control and Business Services is charged with driving the effective management and execution of the financial accounting, risk and compliance, and procurement functions, and championing continuous process improvement and financial & business system improvements for Renewal SA.
This role works collaboratively
as part of the director leadership team and will challenge the status quo to
implement improvements to achieve a best practice, serviced-based culture
across the Renewal SA portfolio whilst maintaining the highest levels of
financial expertise, compliance, and reporting.

About You
We are seeking a candidate who can operate and thrive in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment that is often subject to change. Being able to collaborate, engage and inspire others across the business to lead significant organisational and cultural outcomes and contribute towards the achievement of a vision/future state.
The right person for this role will drive high levels of performance and accountability amongst teams and team members and manage and improve Renewal SA’s internal financial control environment.
You will have appropriate
tertiary qualifications in a business/finance/accounting discipline. Post
graduate qualifications including CA/CPA along with experience in government
and/or in a property/contracting environment will be viewed favourably.
