Service Advisor - Luxury Mercedes-Benz Dealership

Based at Mercedes-Benz Berwick, we are now seeking a Service Advisor to join our award-winning Service Department and contribute to our continued success. 

On Offer: 

• Competitive salary package with the opportunity to earn $150,000 or more through our uncapped commissions.
• Plus, Car allowance
• $5,000 sign-on bonus, $2,500 paid after 30 days and $2,500 paid after probation period. 
• Monday to Friday, with no Saturday shifts required.

About the Role:

• Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Delivering outstanding customer service aligned with Mercedes-Benz policies and standards, ensuring every customer feels valued and well-informed throughout their service experience.
• Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicle servicing and addressing any questions or concerns at each stage.
• Providing expert advice on all products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborating closely with technicians and workshop control to ensure vehicles are ready on time.
• Building genuine rapport with customers by prioritising their needs and ensuring complete satisfaction.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Dealership Service Advisor.
• Ideally, experience with prestige automotive brands.
• Exceptional customer service skills, consistently delivering a 5-star experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Valid VIC Driver's Licence.
• Willingness to learn and further develop your skills.
