About the role

We’re seeking experienced Night Shift Digital Print Finisher (Digicon Operator) to join our MCC Brisbane team. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled professionals who take pride in their craft and enjoy working within a supportive, highly capable team.

3-day, 36-hour work week with 12-hour shifts

Night shift hours: 6:00pm – 6:00am

Your duties

  • Operate advanced print technology to deliver client orders on time and to high-quality standards.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot machinery with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Inspect components and promptly report maintenance or repair needs.
  • Uphold quality assurance practices and maintain accurate production records.
  • Support and train Assistant Printers, coordinating daily tasks to ensure smooth operations. 

About you

  • Level 1 & 2 HP Indigo Press Operators.
  • Trade qualified Print Finishing Operators (ABG or similar).
  • Experience with Flexo or Web Offset.
  • Experience with high embellished labels will be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Previous experience working in a printing/manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
  • Excellent quality control & high attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
  • Eligible New Zealand working rights.
