Sales Manager

Mawson Lakes Volkswagen is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and play a key role in the next stage of our dealership's growth.

This is a unique opportunity to manage an established Volkswagen dealership while also preparing for the launch of an exciting new automotive franchise within our dealer group.

Working closely with senior management, you will lead our sales team, drive performance, and help shape the future direction of our business.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve outstanding results

• Drive new and used vehicle sales performance

• Manage lead generation and enquiry conversion processes

• Recruit, train and develop sales consultants

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Maintain strong manufacturer and dealership standards

• Assist with the introduction and growth of a new franchise opportunity

You are an energetic and results-driven automotive professional who:

• Has proven experience in automotive sales leadership

• Leads from the front and inspires others

• Understands modern lead management and digital marketing

• Is highly organised and accountable

• Has excellent communication and people management skills

• Thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Previous Sales Manager experience is preferred, however exceptional Assistant Sales Managers or Senior Sales Consultants looking to take the next step are encouraged to apply.
