About the Role
As Administration Coordinator for ICU, you lead a high performing admin service that keeps critical care moving. You manage ward clerks across RAH and TQEH, build strong systems, and create consistent, responsive support that backs safe clinical care every day.
Duties
• Lead and support ICU ward clerks across sites
• Plan workloads and set daily priorities
• Build a positive, collaborative team culture
• Keep admin practice consistent and timely
• Handle day to day ICU admin tasks
• Link with clinical teams and key partners
About You
You bring calm leadership, sharp admin skills and a genuine commitment to quality support in a fast paced health setting.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
• Lead, support and coordinate admin staff with confidence
• Deliver accurate work, prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Communicate clearly, act with discretion and respect diversity
• Use Microsoft Office and understand health admin services
