We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Administration Officer to deliver high-quality front-line support to clients, staff, and visitors. In this role, you will manage enquiries, reception services, appointment bookings, and provide essential clerical and administrative support, while building strong working relationships across teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
You will……….
Provide front-line customer service, including reception, phone enquiries, appointment bookings, and directing visitors
Deliver administrative support such as data entry, records management, scheduling, and general clerical tasks
Process invoices, manage stationery orders, and support basic IT/help desk functions
Maintain accurate electronic and hardcopy records in line with policies and retention requirements
Contribute to team operations, compliance, continuous improvement, and workplace health and safety activities
