Regency Park, SA
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm
About Us
Steadfast Solar, PowerHub SA and Fidens are three growing South Australian businesses operating from our brand-new shared headquarters in Regency Park.
As our businesses continue to expand, we’re looking for a highly organised Administration & Reception Coordinator who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is not a role where you’ll be doing the same thing every day.
You’ll be supporting multiple departments, assisting customers, helping coordinate administration tasks and acting as one of the friendly faces welcoming visitors to our office.
If you’re someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, learning new systems and taking ownership of your work, we’d love to hear from you.
⸻
About The Role

Approximately two days per week, you will work as a co-host of our central reception area, supporting all three businesses operating from the office.
The remaining time will involve a variety of administration, customer service and office support responsibilities.
No two days will be exactly the same.
