Sales Support | Administration

Glow Heating Cooling Electrical have an exciting opportunity available for a varied job role including: 
Sales | Customer Service Via Phone | Bookings Coordination | Administration Duties. 

This is a full time position.

The position location will be based at our Warradale Store.

Working days and hours will be:
Monday to Friday - 7.30am to 4.30pm 

Main Responsibilities Include:

• Entering data and information into a dedicated booking management system

• Answering telephones calls, taking bookings via telephone and email and coordinating them onto the appropriate technician schedules.

• Providing friendly and professional customer service.

• All other general administration duties ad hoc.

You will have the following:

• The provision of efficient, professional and consistent administration services

• The ability to maintain a flexible attitude to the daily work flows

• Highly organised and efficient individual

• Friendly and approachable

• Enjoy working in a very busy fast paced environment

• Well presented with excellent communication skills

• Ability to use software applications incl. Microsoft office
