Webster Services is a family-owned and registered NDIS provider delivering cleaning, gardening, general support and community participation services across Adelaide. We are passionate about helping people maintain their independence, remain connected to their communities, and continue living the life they choose.

As our business continues to grow, including our expansion into the aged care sector, we are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Administration Assistants to join our office team.

Our administration team is the backbone of our business. They help keep all the moving parts on track, support our clients and employees, and play an important role in ensuring services are delivered efficiently, professionally and with care.

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding role suited to someone who enjoys administration, communication and being part of a busy, supportive workplace. No two days are the same, and you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of administrative functions while supporting both our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients and employees professionally

• Manage emails and general correspondence

• Data entry and maintaining accurate records

• Prepare, process and maintain documentation

• Assist with client and employee enquiries

• Support daily office operations

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• General administrative duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous administration experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• A proactive approach and willingness to assist wherever needed

• A positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude

• A genuine passion for learning, growing and contributing to a team

• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Professional, reliable and respectful at all times

• A caring and compassionate approach when working with vulnerable people

• An understanding that the work we do has a direct impact on the lives, wellbeing and independence of our clients

• Experience within disability, aged care, community services or a service-based industry is highly regarded but not essential

Requirements

• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Current Driver's Licence
