About The Grange Golf Club
The Grange has been part of Australian golf since 1926, and on the world stage as the host of LIV Golf Adelaide, crowned World’s Best Golf Event three years running (2023, 2024 and 2025). We’re home to two of the finest 18-hole championship courses, both ranked in Australia’s top 50, and we’re busier than ever with around 110,000 rounds a year, 2,300 members, and a growing membership waitlist.
About the Role
If you love being at the heart of the action, thrive on keeping things organised, and enjoy being the friendly face people remember, this role is for you! We’re looking for someone who can bring energy, efficiency and a warm welcome to our front office, while supporting the wider team to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a part-time role, working on a fortnightly roster which includes some Saturdays.
Why You’ll Love It
No two days are the same. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-moving environment where your organisation, positivity and attention to detail genuinely make a difference to the member experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Be the face of the Club: managing front desk reception and creating a welcoming first impression for members and guests
Keep communication flowing: answering incoming calls, responding to emails and directing enquiries to the right place
Support our members: assisting with account queries, and supporting the membership journey (including service requests, applications, transfers and renewals).
Keep things organised: managing office supplies, coordinating meeting invites, and keeping the workspace running efficiently with general admin tasks
Be the ultimate team player: providing day-to-day support across the Administration team
What You’ll Bring
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service, taking pride in creating positive experiences for every member and guest
A proactive, can-do attitude with the accountability to follow through and make a meaningful impact
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer-facing role
A team-first mindset, building strong working relationships and fostering a sense of friendship and collaboration across the Club
