Administration Officer
Our Client in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide ( Windsor Gardens Park area) that are involved with the Trade/ construction Industry are in need of a Administration Officer duties include but not limited to:
Data Entry
Compentent skills in Word & Excel
good telephone skills
Occasional answering of phones
Accounts Receivable experience
Payroll
Accounts Software experience for example Myob , Quickbooks, Xero or comparitive
Finance knowledge
Ability to identify discrepencies
Generation of invoices
Process Orders
Positive / constructive team member
Ability to work unsupervised at times
Ideally this position would suit someone that is looking for a Full time role or with 4 days work per week .
