We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administration Officer to join our team at ResourceCo's Head Office in Rose Park.
This role offers a diverse mix of finance and administrative responsibilities across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and purchasing support functions. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business while working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
About the RoleAs a Finance Administration Officer, you will be responsible for supporting a range of finance and administration activities to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely business operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing financial and administrative transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
Supporting accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, account maintenance, and customer account enquiries.
Assisting with accounts payable processing and supplier administration.
Providing purchasing and procurement administration support.
Monitoring and maintaining financial records and documentation.
Assisting with reporting, reconciliations, and general finance administration tasks.
Liaising with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to resolve queries and provide support.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies.
Providing general administrative support as required.
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You enjoy working as part of a team while also taking ownership of your responsibilities.
You will bring:
Previous experience in a finance, accounts, administration, or similar role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
A proactive and customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using business systems.
