About Plan Pilot
Plan Pilot is a registered South Australian-based NDIS provider committed to helping people with disability live more independently and achieve their personal goals. Known for its person-centred approach, Plan Pilot tailors support to each individual’s needs, preferences, and circumstances. The organisation is values-driven, flexible, and focused on empowerment - not just service delivery.
What’s it like to work at Plan Pilot?
We have each other’s back: At Plan Pilot, we're more than just colleagues- we're a family. We Support each other through thick and thin, leading a helping hand whenever it's needed. Together, we face challenges head-on and help our participants soar to new heights.
We laugh and cry together: We're not just here to coordinator support - we're here to share in our participants' joys and sorrows. We walk in their shoes, understand their struggles, and journey alongside them with empathy and compassion.
Positivity is critical to success: When life gives us lemons, we make lemonade- with extra sugar! At Plan Pilot, we embrace positivity in everything we do. We find solutions, celebrate victories- no matter how small- and spread gratitude like confetti.
Don’t give others what you don’t want: Respect is our guiding principle. We treat everyone- participants, colleagues and providers- with the same kindness and consideration that we'd want for ourselves.
