Are you an experienced finance professional looking for your next challenge in Adelaide? We are currently partnering with several reputable organizations across the city seeking reliable and detail-oriented candidates for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Full-Function Payroll roles.

Whether you are looking for a temporary contract to broaden your experience or a permanent role to plant some roots, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Depending On Your Specialisation, Your Day-to-day May Include

  • Accounts Payable: End-to-end processing of invoices, statement reconciliations, and managing payment runs.
  • Accounts Receivable: Allocating incoming payments, managing collections, and resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Payroll: Processing weekly/fortnightly pay cycles, managing superannuation, and ensuring compliance with awards and legislation.
  • General Accounting: Assisting with month-end reporting and maintaining accurate financial records.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar finance or transactional accounting role.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Xero, MYOB, or Zenith).
  • Strong attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
