Management Accountant

We currently have an opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in delivering high‑quality financial insights that support informed decision‑making across our support functions. Reporting to the Finance Manager – Support Accounting, you'll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support our essential services.

• Supporting accounting activities across Support functions, including Finance, Strategy & Growth, Zero Harm, People & Culture, and Commercial & Risk.
• Assisting with monthly P&L reporting, accrual reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Partnering with functional leaders as a trusted point of contact for accounting support and analysis.
• Processing purchase orders and invoices, and supporting statutory obligations such as FBT and GST data collection.
• Proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and contributing to quality and efficiency initiatives.

• CA/CPA qualification, or currently working towards certification, with solid professional accounting experience.
• Proven experience in management accounting, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality outputs.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, and OneStream, alongside advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build collaborative, trusted relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
• A positive, proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership while contributing meaningfully as part of a supportive team.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes for our clients.
