Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting Energy Spurt's business growth by identifying market opportunities, strengthening customer engagement and enhancing brand visibility across Australia. The position is responsible for analysing market trends, developing and implementing marketing initiatives, supporting product promotion activities and providing market insights that contribute to strategic business decisions and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs and business development opportunities within the renewable energy industry.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's solar panels, inverters, battery systems, mounting solutions and other renewable energy products.

• Plan, coordinate and evaluate marketing campaigns, industry events and promotional activities to strengthen brand awareness, brand visibility and support business growth.

• Prepare and manage marketing materials, product brochures, website content, social media communications and other promotional resources.

• Monitor marketing performance, analyse customer feedback and market data, and provide recommendations to improve market penetration and customer engagement.

• Collaborate with sales, customer service and management teams to support product launches, lead generation and market expansion initiatives.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.

• At least one year of relevant marketing experience (or five years of relevant experience in the absence of formal qualifications).

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, market research and business development.

• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Position Details

• Full-time position (38 hours per week)

• Location: Adelaide, South Australia

• Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per annum plus superannuation
