Working in a collaborative team, you will have direct access to Directors and senior staff, providing hands-on mentoring, early client exposure and practical experience across a broad range of engagements.
We actively support staff undertaking CA or CPA studies, providing flexibility, study support and guidance to help you achieve your professional goals.
About the RoleWe are seeking a part-time Undergraduate Accountant in their final years of university study to join our tax and business services team.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical, real-world experience while completing your degree, with a clear pathway to a full-time graduate position upon completion of studies.
Working closely with team, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with preparation of financial statements and income tax returns
Supporting BAS and compliance work for a range of clients
Assisting with bookkeeping and management reporting tasks
Contributing to business advisory and tax engagements
Liaising with team members to deliver quality client outcomes
You will play an integral role in each engagement and gain exposure to a wide range of industries and clients.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Currently in final years of an Accounting or related degree
Minimum requirement of 2nd year of study in Accounting or related degree
A strong interest in tax and business services
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and general IT systems
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment
