Casual $33 – $45 per hour (based on experience)

After 50 years of proudly serving Adelaide and three generations as a family-owned business, Trinity Mower Centre is looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Care Specialist to join our team.

We are searching for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in delivering great service, and wants to be part of a supportive workplace where customers are treated with care and respect.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience — welcoming customers, keeping things organised, and supporting our team in continuing to provide the personalised service Trinity Mower Centre is known for.

About the Role:

  • Welcome and assist customers in-store and over the phone

  • Build positive relationships with customers and provide friendly support

  • Provide product information and updates on customer jobs

  • Manage bookings, enquiries, and scheduling

  • Process sales and transactions accurately

  • Basic computer skills required for processing sales and managing bookings

  • Assist with spare parts enquiries and organisation

  • Keep our customer area professional, organised, and welcoming

  • Support our service team to ensure customers receive excellent communication

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has a warm, friendly, and professional approach

  • Enjoys helping customers and creating great experiences

  • Has strong organisation skills and attention to detail

  • Communicates confidently and positively

  • Can manage multiple tasks in a busy environment

  • Has customer service, retail, or administration experience (preferred but not essential)

  • Has Outdoor Power Equipment experience or knowledge (preferred but not essential)

  • Is willing to learn and become part of our team
